Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong experience in Blazor and Microsoft technologies, to join their team in Cape Town, WC. 

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will play a leading role in the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions. You will mentor junior and intermediate developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure that best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are consistently applied.

Requirements: 

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET and Blazor-based applications.

• Mentor and support intermediate and junior developers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.

• Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ensure high-quality code standards, documentation, and adherence to software development best practices.

• Conduct advanced debugging, performance tuning, and optimization of applications.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and technologies.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 7 years professional experience as a .NET Developer, with at least 3 years in a senior role.

• Proven expertise in:

  • Microsoft C#, ASP .NET MVC

  • Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly)

  • Developing Microsoft Azure and Web Services

  • Visual Studio

  • Azure DevOps

• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

Experience leading technical projects and mentoring development teams.

Advantageous: 

• Microsoft Azure Developer Associate certification.

• MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer).

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
