Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely processing and settlement of trades, including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and FX deals. Prepare manual instructions for unlisted trade settlements and validate account details. Match trades between client notifications and counterparty confirmations, ensuring reconciliation of records. Monitor trade status and maintain broker details and rates. Oversee Straight Through Processing (STP) settlement and compile incident reports. Resolve queries from brokers and clients, maintaining strong relationships for issue resolution. Participate in project tasks aimed at improving operational efficiency. Required Experience: 2-3 years in a Settlements role within Fund Services or Investment environments. Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments, ideally with local and international market knowledge. Required Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Investments, or Economics. Key Competencies: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Why This Role?
