Job Description

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a talented individual to lead a small but growing team of developers in a .NET development environment. Individuals with expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Rest API, Blazor, MVC, JavaScript, and strong SQL skills, as well as Azure exposure, are highly preferred. Team management experience required.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development team in executing backlog projects in collaboration with the Development Manager.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, third parties, and stakeholders.
Ensure the development team adheres to industry best practices and maintains high quality standards.
Develop and maintain web applications and REST APIs utilizing C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET Core MVC, and SQL.
Provide high-level support for Tier 1 client issues.
Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends, proposing innovative solutions to enhance our products.
Mentor team members and conduct thorough code reviews.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 8 years of professional experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer.

Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Blazor, MVC, and T-SQL.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to multitask effectively.
Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Prior experience with Azure, Blazor, and the FinTech space is a plus.
