About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and service-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support the day-to-day functioning of our dynamic HR department within a hospitality operational environment. As a key point of contact for employees, you will maintain the integrity and confidentiality of HR systems and documentation while providing essential administrative and operational support across recruitment, onboarding, HR recordkeeping, employee relations, payroll input, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment administration including job postings, application screening, and interview scheduling
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation
- Facilitate structured and professional onboarding and induction processes
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous administrative experience essential
- Hospitality industry exposure advantageous
- Applicants must have English and French language proficiency essential

Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: MUR 30,000 – MUR 35,000 gross per month (negotiable)
