About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and customer-centric individual to join our Voice Support Team. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a wider team, with experience in a customer-facing support role and VoIP knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and electronic tickets raised by colleagues to resolve customer issues.
- Providing technical support via the telephone, tickets, and email.
- Taking ownership of customer issues to resolution.
- Managing requests via our in-house ticketing system.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, in accordance with job role performed.
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
- Prioritise and manage several open tickets at one time, monitoring responses.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their Voice systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
Requirements
- A good understanding of Voice Over IP (VOIP) on platforms such as 8×8, Ringcentral, LGIPECs, Gamma etc.
- An Eagerness to learn and develop and willing to go the extra mile.
- Reliable and approachable.
- Highly motivated, well organised, with the ability to work well within a team as well as independently.
Qualifications
- A good understanding of Networking such as LAN & WAN.
Salary & Benefits
R20 000 – R25 000 basic salary + Medical Aid, provident fund, income protector benefits.
