Web Developer

Our client is a fast-growing UK-based Solicitors’ firm leveraging state-of-the-art technology to deliver exceptional legal services across Residential and Commercial Conveyancing.

They are seeking a Website Developer who is not only skilled in design tools like Webflow and Figma but also has strong coding expertise and the ability to build custom websites from scratch. This role goes beyond template-based developmentyou will architect, code, and optimize a high-performing website that supports advanced functionality, including future AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Management

• Custom Development: Build and maintain responsive, scalable websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar).
• Webflow Expertise: Utilize Webflow for rapid prototyping and deployment while ensuring custom code integration for advanced features.
• UX/UI Design: Collaborate on wireframes and mockups using Figma, ensuring intuitive user experiences and brand consistency.
• Performance Optimization: Implement best practices for speed, accessibility, and SEO to maximize site performance.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure websites meet security standards and comply with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
• AI Integration (Future Focus): Architect the website for AI-driven features such as chatbots, predictive analytics, and personalized user experiences.

Performance Marketing

• Develop and execute high-performing paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta).
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and copy for continuous improvement.
• Track and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions), providing actionable insights.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Website Developer with proven coding ability.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (and frameworks like React or Vue).
• Experience with CMS and Webflow (portfolio or live examples required).
• Strong design collaboration skills using Figma.
• Understanding of AI concepts and ability to integrate APIs or AI-driven tools into websites.
• SEO, CRO, and performance optimization expertise.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Knowledge of API integration and third-party service connectivity.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with server-side technologies (Node.js, PHP, or similar).
• Familiarity with AI libraries or platforms (OpenAI, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
