Job Summary
Location: Carletonville
Salary: R25 000 – R30 000 CTC per month
Vacancy Type: Full-Time
Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR and reception duties in a similar industry.
- Proficient in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken).
- Legal and labour law background.
- Computer literate (MS Office, HR software).
- Well-presented and professional demeanour.
- Familiar with South African labour regulations.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Beneficial requirements:
- Diploma / Certificates will be beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and HR-related queries.
- Handle all front-desk and office administrative tasks professionally.
- Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, leave tracking, and records management.
- Assist with labour law compliance, disciplinary procedures, and staff relations.
- Draft and proofread documentation, letters, and HR reports.
