Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer to join the dynamic team in the mining industry, a highly skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. The individual will be responsible for administrative tasks and will contribute to making the company a better place to work. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage HR processes efficiently with minimal supervision.
The individual will support the HR Manager by delivering effective HR services and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Provide advice, guidance and support to employees and line managers on a broad range of people related matters HR issues including the interpretation of policies, procedures and terms and conditions of employment; managing discipline and grievances, resourcing and workforce planning; and effective utilization of the performance review process.

What you will need:
- Bachelors Degree/Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management (NQF 7).
- Postgraduate qualification in HR or Labor Law is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the mining or processing environment.
- Proven experience in preparing Employment Equity (EE) submissions, Workplace Skills Plans (WSP), and Annual Training Reports (ATR).
- Strong track record in taking accurate minutes during hearings, disciplinary meetings, and committee discussions.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Computer literate with proficiency in modern HR systems and tools.
