About the Role
Our well-established client in Brooklyn Pretoria, a reputable legal firm, is urgently seeking a professional Commercial Secretary with Ghost Practice to join their team. The ideal candidate will be confident, diligent, and possess strong administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Dictaphone typing – 65 words per minute
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Experience with Ghost practice
- Strong administrative skills to manage office files, incoming and outgoing correspondence (including email and electronic diary)
- Handle all general queries relating to invoices
- Adhere to billing procedures
- Capture invoices on account systems
- Type/draft commercial agreements from documents or Dictaphone
- Prepare documents and draft agreements and other documents to set standards and forms
- Type documents accurately without errors
- Do client follow-ups on outstanding information and actions
