Job Summary
Location: Carletonville
Salary: Market-related and negotiable, based on the candidate’s existing customer relationships, product knowledge, and proven business development potential.
Vacancy Type: Full-Time
Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in wood or similar.
- Knowledge of engineered wood products.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Proven business development ability.
Beneficial requirements:
- Self-driven and results-oriented.
- Able to train and supervise floor staff.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Supervise daily floor sales operations.
- Assist customers with product selection and application.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ensure display and stock accuracy.
- Drive sales performance to meet targets.
