Key Responsibilities: 3D & 2D Design: Create and modify detailed 3D models and 2D technical drawings using CATIA V5, adhering to aerospace industry standards and requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with Engineers to develop design concepts and solutions for aerospace components and systems. Assembly & Component Drawings: Produce detailed assembly drawings and component designs for aerospace structures and systems. Compliance: Ensure all designs meet aerospace industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications. Design Reviews: Participate in design reviews and support continuous improvement of design processes. Technical Documentation: Assist in preparing technical documentation and reports. Manufacturing Support: Liaise with the manufacturing team to ensure the feasibility, precision, and integrity of designs. Requirements: Qualification: A Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in aerospace design and drafting, with proficiency in CATIA V5. Skills: Proficiency in CATIA V5 for both 3D modeling and 2D drafting. Experience in designing aerospace components, including structures, mechanical systems, and avionics. Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) . Familiarity with aerospace design standards and industry regulations (e.g., AS9100 ). Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications. Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail.
