Job Summary
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a deli or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of cold food preparation, ingredients and salads.
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in presentation.
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain high standards of hygiene.
- A relevant culinary qualification is preferred.
This is a live-out role.
