Key Responsibilities
- Craft Epic Brand Strategies:
• Collaborate to shape our Groups bold brand vision and execute plans that make our brand unforgettable.
- Lead Campaign Magic:
• Manage and roll out advertising campaigns that hit all the right notes, from concept to execution.
- Guide the Crew:
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure everyones on board with our brands vibe and goals.
- Master the Media Game:
• Coordinate media placements like a pro (chase lists, tear-sheets, you name it!).
- Keep the Numbers Tight:
• Present monthly department accounts, track budgets, and keep invoices in check.
- Connect the Dots:
• Liaise between our finance team and stakeholders to keep budgets aligned and spending on point.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve:
• Manage subscriptions for cutting-edge tools like Shutterstock, Media Manager, and Ornico.
- Tell the Story:
• Deliver killer written and oral reports on project progress that wow the team.
- Support the Squad:
• Provide advertising expertise and implementation support to funeral branches, life offices, brokers, and internal teams.
- Design with Flair:
• Coordinate design activities to meet stakeholder needs and make our brand pop!
Requirements
- Youre a dynamic, goal-driven superstar with:
• A Marketing and Sales Diploma (because youve got the know-how)
- 10+ years of experience in advertising and brand management (youve been around the block and loved every minute of it).
- Microsoft Office mastery (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are your playground).
- Experience in print, radio, TV, and below-the-line production (you know how to make every medium sing).
- Digital and social media savvy ( youre ready to dominate the online space).
