Job Summary
Requirements:
LLB degree (essential). B. Com / Finance degree (advantageous). LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law (advantageous). 4 years post-article experience , with a strong focus on non-litigious corporate and commercial law matters. Exceptional contract drafting skills . In-depth knowledge of corporate and commercial transactions , including: Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). Corporate Finance. Private Equity. Deal Structuring. Transactional Tax. Fluency in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Afrikaans will be advantageous. Fully computer literate , including MS Word and Excel.
