About the Role

Step into a senior finance role where your leadership and impact truly matter. Network Finance is seeking an experienced professional to manage our full Accounts Receivable/Debtors function, driving collections on high-value and overdue accounts, and ensuring invoicing is completed within SLA and client-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full Accounts Receivable / Debtors function
Oversee daily invoicing, collections, cash allocations, and debtor ageing
Ensure invoicing is completed within SLA and client-specific requirements
Drive collections on high-value and overdue accounts
Monitor cashflow daily and escalate risks timeously
Manage month-end AR close, debtor age analysis, and reporting
Prepare and submit reconciliations, cost recoveries, and client billing files
Act as escalation point for complex debtor queries and disputes
Maintain audit-ready reconciliations and documentation
Engage with senior management through reporting and presentations
Lead, coach, and manage the Debtors team against KPIs and targets

Requirements

Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and cashflow management
Advanced Excel skills (macros, lookups, pivot tables)
Experience with banking systems and financial dashboards
Ability to compile management reports and presentations (PowerPoint)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field
