Centurion: Finance Manager posted by Communicate Finance

Oversee all core finance functions: AP, AR/Revenue, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and General Ledger
Lead budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and monthly management reporting
Prepare and present detailed board packs
Implement robust internal controls across procurement, banking, inventory, payroll, assets, and membership
Manage taxation, annual financial statements, tax computations, and review returns
Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with CIPC, POPIA, and CSOS regulations
Conduct investment appraisals for capital projects and review subcontractor agreements
Manage insurance processes and claims across multiple entities
Oversee IT and systems providers, monitor SLAs, mitigate financial and operational risks, and drive system enhancements
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years of post-articles commercial experience, ideally within the property sector
Proven leadership capability with a track record of managing teams effectively
Strong networking and marketing skills to build relationships and drive brand visibility
Solid business acumen with a focus on growth and business development initiatives

Qualification:
Relevant Finance or Accounting degree
CA(SA) designation or registered with CIMA
