Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, training, payroll, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, particularly within the context of Section 13B of the Pension Funds Act. Lead labor relations activities, including negotiations, disputes, and communication between employees and management. Develop and implement HR policies and practices that align with business goals. Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of staff. Administer employee benefits and ensure competitive and market-related remuneration packages. Advise and support management on HR-related issues.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in human resources management, particularly within payroll and labor relations. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and the Pension Funds Act (Section 13B). Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of managing HR functions for a business of similar size and complexity. Relevant qualifications in HR or related.
