Job Summary
– Build go to market content in line with allocated product strategy each quarter
– Deliver on product strategy and communicate the product features to external and internal customers
– Train internal account manager to be self-sufficient on quoting, resolving customer queries and managing pipeline
– Conduct effective presentations to C-level at partner and end customer to drive product sales
– Demonstrate knowledge of cybersecurity industry, products, and competitor offerings
– Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create constant touch points in market to ensure top of mind
– Analyse product performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure success
– Develop and maintain relationships with assigned Vendor and registered partners
– Track and develop new business and ensure that renewal business is quoted in advance
– Execute on QBR with allocated vendor
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal Product Manager:
– 3 Year cyber-Security experience in a sales or product management role
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
– Strong communication both written and verbal, including presentation skills for clients and internal partners
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
– Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
– Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
– Highly motivated self-starter
