Job Description

A new trendy Restaurant / Bar opening in Centurion is seeking a front of house manager. Candidates should possess at least three years of experience in a high-volume restaurant setting, along with a deep understanding of restaurant floor management. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves overseeing the entire Restaurant floor. Applicants should be articulate and have outstanding customer service abilities. Preference will be given to those with a solid employment history and verifiable references. Familiarity with restaurant opening and closing procedures is necessary. Responsibilities will include managing staff, overseeing stock control, and addressing customer complaints. We are looking for a hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who works well in a management team. Ambition and self-motivation are key traits we desire in candidates. Salary R 12 – 15 K net. Quote reference RA42 when applying.
