About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Centurion: General Manager to lead our executive and personal protection operations in dynamic environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining high-level security protocols while ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and maintain executive and personal protection operations
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to identify and manage threats
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs for security personnel
- Manage the recruitment, hiring, and training processes for security staff
- Oversee large projects, including security audits and feasibility studies
- Provide clear and concise communication with clients, staff, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of security experience
- Security-related qualifications (e.g., PSIRA Grade A)
- Strong knowledge of security risk assessment methodologies and assurance frameworks
- Ability to analyze security incidents, trends, and operational risks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to evolving security threats in real-time
Qualifications
- Security-related degree or diploma (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: R1,500,000 – R2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience
