Centurion: Head of Advanced Data Science

About the Role The Advanced Analytics function consists of focused business intelligence and predictive analytics teams, supported by a production analytics capability that drives automation, standardisation and insight excellence across the organisation. As Head of Advanced Data Science, you will: Lead the design and execution of strategic data science initiatives aligned to business objectives Prototype and deploy predictive and prescriptive models using rapid iteration methodologies Advance machine learning capabilities and narrow AI solutions Champion explainable AI and communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to executive stakeholders and clients Partner with cross-functional teams including Data, Software Development, BI, Product, Sales and IT Mentor and develop a high-performing data science team Foster a culture of ownership, innovation and continuous learning This is more than a leadership role, it is an opportunity to pioneer next-generation AI-powered insight solutions.
