Requirements:

â? Mechanical or Metallurgical Qualification (Required) â? Extensive experience in rotating equipment , preferably pumps. â? Expertise in supply chain management and large-scale manufacturing operations . â? Proven ability to oversee operations and lead multi-disciplinary teams. Job Experience & Skills Required: ð??¹ Oversee logistics, procurement, warehousing, quality control, health & safety, and product assembly. ð??¹ Drive operational efficiency to meet invoicing and billing targets. ð??¹ Ensure cost-effective procurement and manage profit margins. ð??¹ Maintain health & safety compliance and asset certification. ð??¹ Implement quality control measures to achieve zero complaints or returns. ð??¹ Proficiency in ERP systems (Syspro, SAP). ð??¹ Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). ð??¹ Manage large teams (100-200 employees) in manufacturing settings. ð??¹ Experience with international suppliers and operations. ð??¹ Background in ore processing plants or EPC project houses is a plus.
