Attending to all reported incidents and opening cases at SAPS immediately upon receiving incident report from client; Incident reporting of all crime and related incidents; Daily, weekly and monthly reporting; Client liaison and professional client relationship; Ongoing liaison with client and SAPS; Answer and action all incoming calls; Adhere to all instructions by Management; Must be able to work weekdays, 06h00 18h00; Be prepared to be on standby over weekends; Sound knowledge of Companys Disciplinary Procedures; â?¯ Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: â?¯ â?¯ PSIRA Certification Grade B or higher; Grade 12 or equivalent qualification; Drivers license; Sound security knowledge; A working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); SAPS experience will be an advantage; Knowledge of investigation techniques; Must have excellent presentation, verbal communication and report writing skills; Knowledge Criminal Procedures Act; Ability to operate with confidence under pressure and during emergencies; Good communication skills in English and one other South African language;
