Key Responsibilities1. IT Diagnostics Accurately diagnose hardware, software, and network issues. Investigate and resolve problems using technical manuals and user feedback. Stay updated with the latest tech trends through trade publications and seminars. 2. Technical Assistance Provide hands-on support and guidance to users. Assist with software installations and troubleshooting. Set up and configure equipment for employee use. 3. Data & Documentation Management Maintain detailed records of IT transactions and support activities. Document standard operating procedures for equipment maintenance and repairs. 4. End-User Training Develop training materials and conduct sessions on hardware/software usage. Empower users with knowledge to navigate systems confidently. 5. Device & System Management Software: Test and monitor performance. Hardware: Oversee installations and conduct performance checks. Operating Systems: Execute commands and verify system functionality. 6. Governance Adhere to governance protocols in support processes. Participate in governance committees and contribute to informed decision-making. Minimum Requirements Diploma in IT or related field Certifications: A, N, MCSE (or equivalent) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience 2–3 years in end-user support
