Requirements: Matric certificate Microsoft 365 certification (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator or Fundamentals) preferred Valid drivers license and own transport for client visits Reliable access to email, mobile phone, and IT equipment Willingness to keep learning and contribute to team projects Responsibilities: Microsoft 365: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 to set up, configure, and troubleshoot M365 tenants for our clients. Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail when working on client projects, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks. Client SLA Management: Collaborate with team members to establish and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients, ensuring that all commitments are met or exceeded. Network and Server Monitoring: Monitor client networks and servers to proactively identify and address issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Maintenance Tasks: Execute routine maintenance tasks to keep client systems and networks running smoothly, including updates, patches, and system optimizations. Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues efficiently, both independently and as part of a team. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and procedures for client environments. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and resolve their IT concerns. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with senior IT support staff to learn and grow your skills while contributing to team projects and goals. Netwerk- en Bedienermonitering: Moniteer kliëntenetwerke en bedieners proaktief om probleme vinnig te identifiseer en aan te spreek, sodat optimale werkverrigting en betroubaarheid verseker word. Instandhoudingtake : Voer roetine-instandhoudingtake uit om kliëntestelsels en -netwerke glad te laat funksioneer, insluitend opdaterings, regstellings en stelseloptimalisering. Probleemoplossing : Diagnoseer en los IT-verwante probleme doeltreffend op, beide onafhanklik en as deel van n span. Dokumentasie: Hou akkurate dokumentasie van konfigurasies, veranderinge en prosedures vir kliëntomgewings. Kliëntediens : Verskaf uitstekende kliëntediens deur effektief met kliënte te kommunikeer, hul behoeftes te verstaan en hul IT-vrae op te los. Spanwerksaamwerking: Werk saam met senior IT-ondersteuningspersoneel om jou vaardighede te ontwikkel en terselfdertyd n bydrae te lewer tot spanprojekte en -doelwitte. Ervaring: 34 jaar praktiese ervaring met Microsoft 365 (tenant opstelling, konfigurasie, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, sekuriteit). Ondersteuning van gebruikers op afstand en op terrein (bv. VPN, e-pos, sagteware, drukkerprobleme). Windows-eindpuntontplooiing (Azure AD, Group Policy of Intune). Basiese netwerk-ervaring: DHCP, DNS, IP-toewysing, LAN/Wi-Fi. Hulp met bediener-omgewings (Windows Server 20162022, Hyper-V, rugsteun).
