Job description:
- Perform BBBEE verifications in accordance with the DTI’s BBBEE Codes of Good Practice, sector codes, and company’s verification methodology.
- Conduct client kick-off meetings independently and foster client relationships.
- Interpret, verify, and effectively communicate all elements of the BBBEE scorecard, excluding complex ownership structures.
- Prepare comprehensive and high-quality verification files and finalize results.
- Present findings to client teams
- Address objections, manage challenging questions, and navigate conflict situations.
- Provide expert responses to client inquiries regarding B-BBEE verification and implementation issues.
