Responsibilities:

Lead EC&I engineering teams across multiple mineral processing sites. Oversee project lifecycle from concept to commissioning , ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Manage contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to align with project goals. Design, develop, and maintain electrical, control, and instrumentation systems for plant optimization. Specify and maintain MCCs, transformers, VSDs, and motor control centers . Develop and implement PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for mineral processing plants. Optimize PID control loops, automation, and interlocks for plant operations. Specify, install, and maintain flow meters, pressure sensors, level transmitters, and analyzers . Ensure calibration and validation of all process control instruments. Manage instrumentation loop drawings, P&IDs, and cause & effect diagrams . Oversee EC&I system integration, industrial networking, and cybersecurity implementation . Lead commissioning activities , ensuring full system functionality before handover. Diagnose electrical faults, PLC logic issues, and instrumentation failures . Provide technical support and mentorship to EC&I teams. Required Experience: Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering. 810 years EC&I experience in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industry . Hands-on expertise in PLC/DCS/SCADA (Siemens, Rockwell, ABB, Schneider, Honeywell) . Strong knowledge of power systems, process control, and industrial automation .
