Role: The liquor store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, inventory, and ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations related to the sale of alcoholic beverages. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and train staff members, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management. 2. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customers are satisfied with their shopping experience. 3. Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving products, as well as conducting regular inventory counts. 4. Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to the sale of alcoholic beverages, including checking IDs and preventing sales to individuals under the legal drinking age. 5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for increasing revenue. 6. Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. 7.
