Your Key Responsibilities Helping Our Clients Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure all documents are complete. Conduct initial screenings and enter client data into our system. Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, or in person. Processing & Administration Check application information for accuracy and compliance with our policies. Assist with pre-vetting and signing loans to ensure everything is correct. Keeping Things Compliant Maintain up-to-date client and loan records. Make sure all loans meet NCR, FICA, and internal credit requirements. Help with audits by keeping proper documentation ready. Reporting & Operational Support Prepare weekly loan performance and status reports. Flag high-risk accounts and assist with early follow-ups. Suggest ways to improve processes and efficiency. What Were Looking For 3 years experience in lending, credit, or financial services. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel . Clear, professional communication skills. Ability to stay organised and accurate in a fast-paced, changing environment. Knowledge of NCR and FICA regulations is a plus.
