About the Role
Are you a strategic, handsâon Maintenance Leader with a passion for operational excellence? This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join a fastâpaced industrial environment, driving equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. We’re looking for an experienced professional with strong technical aptitude, solid leadership abilities, and a proactive mindset to ensure uninterrupted production and worldâclass maintenance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the entire maintenance department and maintenance program
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment
- Perform emergency repairs during and outside production hours
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, and hydraulic systems
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, drawings, and electrical diagrams
- Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
- Collaborate with internal teams and external technicians for effective problem resolution
- Utilize preventative maintenance software, update schedules, and track activity
- Mentor, train, and upskill maintenance technicians
- Support onboarding of new technical staff
Requirements
- Qualified Electrician, Millwright, or Engineering professional
- 35 years experience as a Supervisor or Manager
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience with HVAC systems
- Pneumatics PLCs
- Good computer literacy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (if applicable)
