• 5 years post degree experience
• Certificate in area of Governance, Risk and Compliance.
• King Code on Governance Principles for South Africa.

To ensure that the CLIENT adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. Enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters.

• Periodically review and enhance compliance programmes to comply with regulatory and organisation requirements and objectives.
• Periodically conduct and oversee the internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed. Provide advice and training where non- compliance if identified.
• Collaborate with the relevant departments to review, modify (if applicable) and implement organisation policies.
• Conduct or direct internal investigation of compliance
• Informing, educating, and training of employees on matters that are associated with regulations and industry practices.
• Reviewing and enhancing plans to effectively manage a crisis of compliance
• Staying up to date with internal standards, regulatory developments both within and outside the organisation, as well as evolving best practice.
