Job Summary
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns, events and internal communications
- Support content development for presentations, newsletters, and marketing collateral
- Maintain and update marketing databases, contracts list, and project trackers
- liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and departmental KPIs
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs in line with corporate guidelines
The suitable candidate should have the following qualifications/attributes/skills:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic and eager to learn
- Reliable and deadline driven
- Professional demeanour with a positive attitude
