Our client, a driven and fast-paced team based in Centurion, is looking for a Newly Qualified CA(SA) to take charge of a finance team and drive performance. This isn’t a role for the timid they’re looking for someone with presence, a solution driven mindset, and the hunger to enhance their careers.
You’ll be managing a team of Accountants, working closely with leadership, and gaining exposure across the business. If you’re comfortable with Caseware and want to hit the ground running – then this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor 3 Accountants

• Oversee full financial function
• Ensure accurate reporting and compliance
• Work closely with leadership to drive financial performance
• Bring efficiency, structure, and sharp insights to the table

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Qualification: Newly Qualified CA(SA) (or qualifying soon)
• Software: Caseware experience essential
• Background: From a smaller audit firm – you’re used to rolling up your sleeves
• Soft Skills: Strong personality, confident communicator, leadership mindset
