Job Summary
A completed Matric as well as 5 years plus Payroll Administration experience within an Educational / School as well as SAGE Pastel and Pastel Payroll experience essential . Solid MSOffice Suite / Excel skills. A Payroll Diploma is highly advantageous . Proven ability in processing a monthly payroll of 180 employees. Fluent in English and one other languae. Key responsibilities include: Payroll Administration – co-ordinate payroll processing, including the calculation of salaries, deductions and statutory contributions Ensure accuracy and timeliness of Payroll Departments Auditing and Compliance – co-ordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Implement recommendations for improvement as necessary; assist the HR Manager with HR responsibilities.
