Clubview, Centurion: SECRETARY FOR LAW FIRMMinimum Requirements:-Young, well presentable preferably female (aged 25-35 years)-Afrikaans and English first and second languages A MUST-Recent admin/secretarial experience A MUST (including typing, administration and client liaison experience), preferably in a corporate working environment -Legal typing experience at a law firm highly preferred -Own vehicle preferred-Computer literate in MS Office-Good typing skills (speed and accuracy)-Reliable and willing to commit to long term employment-Stable employment record (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record etc.)-Contactable employment references from non-family orientated employersDuties:-Legal office administration and secretarial duties for small law firm-Drafting and typing of legal notices, pleadings and correspondence -Client liaison in Afrikaans and English-General administrative duties (opening files, filing, invoicing etc.)Salary: R 8 000 – R 10 000 gross maximum (depending on relevant experience)E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF format (not as a link) and indicate the following in the subject line:- Reference CR2800; and – Your monthly gross salary expectation in context with amount offered.- Forward a recent facial photograph of yourself;- Forward any Reference letters you might have from previous employers.APPLICATIONS NOT MEETING ALL REQUIREMENTS WILL BE DELETED.
