Job Summary
Role Purpose: Manage store operations, including inventory control, stock receiving, invoicing, and stock take. Key
Responsibilities:
Maintain housekeeping and stock control standards. Report stockouts and liaise with Procurement and Planning. Plan and schedule daily workflow. Handle invoicing and monitor order fulfillment. Manage stock transfers, updates in ERP system, and stock acceptance. Oversee stock picking, packaging, dispatch, and rotation. Participate in stock takes and report losses. Perform other tasks as requested by management. Required Skills/Experience: Matric and attention to detail. Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Safety-conscious with good communication abilities. Supply Chain qualification (beneficial).
