Key Responsibilities Provide technical sales support via phone and email, offering part-selection guidance grounded in practical engineering knowledge. Prepare and dispatch accurate technical quotations within tight timeframes and process orders on the same day. Acknowledge all incoming orders and ensure proper routing to internal teams. Assist in technical aspects of product research, promotions, and new product launches. Stay up to date with product knowledge and support marketing initiatives. Monitor deliveries, follow up with customers, and ensure satisfaction through the order lifecycle.
