Job Summary
Key Responsibilities Plan learning events and programs with customers and subject matter experts. Develop standard and customized technical training materials. Facilitate training using various methodologies for diverse audiences. Design integrated assessments for technical learning programs. Guide and support learners by identifying needs, analyzing problems, and evaluating performance. Evaluate training programs by designing and implementing evaluation tools, analyzing results, and reporting findings. Provide training for key projects, new model introductions, engineering changes, and group certification requirements. Deliver fundamentals such as standardized work, on-the-job assessments, multi-skilling, supplier development, and problem-solving. Support and train on the Production System process implementation. Analyze and present technical training solutions for production and technical areas. Administer training records using blended learning solutions and learning management systems (LMS). Consult with management, unions, and agents on training interventions and development initiatives. Conduct on-the-job training and one-on-one coaching for group leaders. Qualifications and Experience Qualification: Relevant Technical Degree/Diploma in Operations Management or Industrial Engineering. Experience: 35 years of training and development experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry. Knowledge of employee development, training design, and production processes. Skills and Essentials Strong communication skills. Knowledge of adult learning principles. Problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
