About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Pretoria. As a luxury retail professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, managing high-value sales, and maintaining a premium environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and host clients in-studio, ensuring a warm, professional, and personalised experience
- Manage client arrivals, appointments, and overall studio flow
- Serve refreshments and maintain a relaxed, premium environment
- Assist with engagement ring consultations and jewellery enquiries
- Support the Head of Sales with client follow-ups, communication, and sales administration
- Guide clients through initial product selections and answer basic product queries
- Manage jewellery collections, deliveries, and client handovers
- Handle intake and return of items for resizing, repairs, and adjustments
- Ensure all pieces are tracked, documented, and communicated clearly to clients
- Open and close the studio for client appointments
- Maintain presentation standards within the studio environment
- Assist with general day-to-day operational tasks and coordination
Requirements
Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or high-end client service. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
