Job TitleFacilities Key Account Manager Technical (HVAC)DivisionReporting toSenior Key Account ManagerPosition SummaryResponsible for delivering multiple contracts and to achieve the elements of each contract within the contract budget, agreed upon time schedules, statutory requirements, customer satisfaction, and promoting the company group performance and reputation to ClientsResponsible for supporting the company group business development strategy, identifying and maximising new business opportunitiesTo be the lead interface with Clients, responsible for the delivery of operations, maintenance and reactive services including the management and inspection of specialist service subcontractorsKey Skills and ExperienceMin Grade 12 or Matric EquivalentND or B Tech or equivalent qualification in HVAC or ElectricalMin 8-10 years previous experience in a Facilities Management/ technical/engineering environment with proven track record in managing a large and complex portfolioAbility to ensure successful service delivery and avoidance of penaltiesContract Management SkillsSound knowledge of OHSA and Environmental legislative Act, Building regulations, and applicable Labour Relations ActsMust be computer literate in MSOffice suiteMust have own TransportWilling and flexible to work extended hours and/or outside of normal working hours where required.Relocation costs are not paidApply urgently to: Cosmopolitan Recruitment
