Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years` experience in a similar security position. At least 5 years in a management role. Solid security background and relevant certifications. Proficiency with carbine rifle, handgun, and shotgun. Key
Responsibilities:
Conduct random day/night patrols across the reserve to ensure the safety of wildlife and guests. Alert top management of any security threats (such as poaching incidents, danger to animals or guests, natural disasters, etc.). Report any suspicious activities or wrongdoings during shifts. Perform daily fence patrols and ensure perimeter security. Implement and adhere to health and safety regulations. Conduct nightly patrols around all buildings and vehicles, ensuring gates are securely locked. Provide motivation and training for security staff.
