Were looking for a Reserve Manager to join our family of luxury game farms, just 2.5 hours from Cape Town. This is a live-in role , giving you the rare chance to blend your career with a life surrounded by wildlife, wide-open skies, and world-class hospitality. About Us Our luxury game farms are where conservation meets comfort. We create unforgettable experiences for our guests while protecting and enhancing the natural environment we call home. What Youll Be Doing Leading the charge on wildlife conservation and habitat management . Crafting and delivering conservation strategies that make a difference. Inspiring and guiding your team of reserve staff. Keeping habitats thriving and wildlife safe, healthy, and abundant. Hosting guests on educational and awe-inspiring tours . Building strong ties with conservation partners and local authorities. Managing budgets and resources with skill and savvy. What Success Looks Like Wildlife flourishing under your care. Happy guests who leave with stories and smiles. Habitats that get better every year. A team that works like family. Smooth operations that hit budget and conservation goals. What Were Looking For Proven experience managing a reserve or conservation project. Deep knowledge of wildlife and habitat management . Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Someone who thrives independently but knows how to bring out the best in others. A passion for nature and the people who come to experience it. Tech-savvy enough to handle data, reports, and the basics of MS Office. Ready to live on-site and embrace the reserve lifestyle. Perks Competitive salary (negotiable, based on experience).
