About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Spa Director for a luxury lodge based in the beautiful Ceres area. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to a refined spa professional who is passionate about wellness, leadership and delivering world class Guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the full day-to-day operation of the spa
- Managing, training and motivating the spa team
- Ensuring exceptional Guest journeys and treatment standards
- Maintaining spa cleanliness, ambiance and health & safety compliance
- Managing stock, retail, scheduling and administration
- Driving service excellence, revenue growth and wellness offerings
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior spa management role within a luxury environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional Guest service and communication abilities
- Solid administrative, budgeting and stock control experience
- Strong understanding of spa operations, treatments and wellness trends
- Detail orientated, calm under pressure and highly organised
- Passion for training, mentoring and team development
