The role is responsible for the provision of holistic IT services to the company. The role also identifies the Funds network and technological strategic needs and objectives, provide a reliable up-time network, and ensures the protection of employer scalability.

Information Technology and Communication Management

• Participate in the formulation of the CLIENTs strategy
• Compile the ICT strategy in line with the CLIENTs strategic requirements
• Review and update the business continuity and disaster recovery plans
• Monitor the digital workforce capabilities
• Implement cyber security resilience aligned to best practices and CLIENT requirements
• Assess strategic key areas for cloud migration
• Support business and provide for CLIENT scalability
• Monitor data quality and reliability
• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business objectives and future growth plans
• Oversee IT governance, compliance, and risk management, ensuring adherence to regulations
• Manage IT service delivery, ensuring high-quality, timely solutions that meet business needs
• Collaborate with business units to align IT demand and supply with organizational goals
• Provide oversight of the IT budget, ensuring financial management and value optimisation
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and architectural changes to drive business innovation
