Job Summary
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience in a high-end lodge is essential
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in an assistant lodge management position
- Must be very strong in administration
- Working experience managing budgets is needed
- Must be knowledgeable in food and wine
- Have experience in managing a team
- Must have strong managerial capabilities
- Both must have a valid RSA Drivers License & PDP
- Both of you must be mature and responsible
- Positive attitude and approach toward teamwork
- Hands-on approach toward guest experience
- Ability to take initiative and problem-solving
- Have a strong eye for detail with regard to all lodge rooms, service & food
- Must have strong leadership and communication skills – verbal and written
