Job Summary
Responsibilities:
– Support on client projects in planning, executing, and closing projects effectively. – Report on and manage age receivables and age payables , amongst other financial metrics. – Assist in structuring project documentation and maintaining accurate project records. – Conduct data collection and analysis to provide insights for project teams. – Prepare and present clear, concise reports on project progress and performance metrics. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. – Monitor project timelines and help identify potential risks or roadblocks. – Assist in developing project management tools and templates as needed. – Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function. Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred). – 1-2 years of experience in project support or a similar role. – Finance understanding. – Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). – Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new software and project management tools. – Familiarity with compliance, legal, and risk management concepts (not required but a plus). – Excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
