Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health Nursing
• 5+ years experience in clinic/hospital management
• Registered with South African Nursing Council (SANC)
• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) & workplace health legislation
• Experience in medical surveillance, occupational disease prevention & compliance audits
• Sound financial acumen for clinic budget & resource management
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong leadership & stakeholder engagement capabilities
