• 9 Months and more experience
• RE Certificate
• Full Qualification (if longer than 6 years in the industry)
• Own vehicle & cell phone
• Workspace at home
• Highly driven and self-motivated
• Money hungry with a strong desire to succeed
• Well-connected or strong ability to build networks
• ·        Outgoing, confident, and energetic sales personality
