Duties & Responsibilities Full function conveyancing and related legal work Work with the conveyancing team, drive transfers in the development (sectional titles) department Regular liaison and relationship building with estate agents, developers, bond originators, banks and clients Solution finding and results driven approach to deliver excellent service in a highly competitive market Desired Experience & Qualification LLB degree essential Must be an Admitted Attorney, Conveyancer Must have 3-5 years` post admission experience in Conveyancing at a Law firm Must be dynamic with excellent inter-personal and communication skills Passionate about driving transfers Knowledge of new developments (sectional titles) will be an advantage Only candidates who are fluent in Afrikaans and English will be considered Remuneration – negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
