Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, CIMA, or CA(SA).
- Manufacturing accounting certification (advantageous).
- Experience:
- 3+ years in manufacturing accounting, preferably in food production or FMCG.
- Proven track record in cost accounting, inventory management, and IFRS compliance for production environments.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Xero) for manufacturing workflows.
- Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for cost modeling.
- Strong understanding of COGM, COGS, and variance analysis.
- Clear communication to liaise with production teams and auditors.
